Why we do what we do?

1. Number of green jobs has grown by almost 10x in the last 5 years but growth in green skilled candidates has only increased by 10-15% globally.

2. Corporate Sustainability is never a one person job. It involves HR, Finance, EHS, Production, Sales & Marketing, Strategy and Leadership to work towards the common ESG goals.
But the upskilling needs of different departments and professionals are different.

3. One time courses / workshops are not sufficient to meet the pace of climate action that is needed. We need consistency and clarity in upskilling
